How Do Our Matchmaking Packages Work?
Our memberships are really flexible. If you meet someone, get very busy at work or a personal issue crops up, you can go on hold and pause your dating membership but return at any time. To facilitate this, we charge a one-off lifetime registration fee for our Gold and Platinum service. Plus, while your Gold or Platinum membership is active, a monthly service fee is payable by standing order, which - unlike a direct debit - you control, and you can stop and start whenever you want.
Our Emerald membership offers personalised matchmaking with headhunting as required for 12 months and can be paused for up to 6 months. There are no monthly service fees with Emerald, just the one of membership fee.

Can I Upgrade or Downgrade My Matchmaking Package at Any Time?
You can upgrade (on payment of the upgrade fee) or downgrade whenever you wish. Your Matchmaker/Dating PA will be pleased to advise you and make the changes on your behalf.
What Does the One-off Registration Fee Include?
The one-off registration fee entitles you to a lifetime RSVP membership on our Gold and Platinum services. RSVP attracts members who are serious about relationships by charging a one-off registration fee; this avoids you wasting time on people who aren’t serious about finding someone. You can come and go as you please whenever you like, without penalty or any further fees.
How Will I Be Billed for My Matchmaking Membership?
A monthly service fee is payable by standing order for our Gold and Platinum service while your membership is active. This method of payment is fully within your control at all times. You can pause and restart your membership whenever you like and as often as you like, without penalty or any further fees. There is only a reactivation fee if you pause for more than 12 months, and this is to cover the cost of updating your profile.

You can pause or cancel your matchmaking membership whenever you like, without penalty or any further fees. Again, your Matchmaker/Dating PA can help with this.
